  • Feasibility Assessment: A comprehensive review of development proposals to provide a robust understanding of constraints, connections locations and infrastructure requirements, feeding into the development masterplan and ensuring early visibility of cost exposure and viability.
  • Load assessments: We undertake a full review of the development usage and building type to allow for accurate calculation of each units load requirements covering electricity, gas, water and telecoms
  • Point of Connection application and challenge: We liaise with the incumbent network operators and 3rd parties to determine Points of Connection locations, challenging costs, reinforcements and timescales to ensure deliverability in line with the development requirements.
  • Budget Assessment: We review costs and update budgets throughout each stage of the scheme covering new connection, disconnection & diversion works.
  • Site audits & Existing network surveys: Review of existing networks and supply points ahead of site purchase or clearance works.
  • Wayleave & easement reviews: Determination of existing rights in place covering installed utility assets.
